SELECTION OF ERP IN THE CENTRAL BANK OF COSTA RICA

 

The BCCR had been wanting to change the Administration and Finance systems for more than 10 years, but they could not reach a consensus without developing or buying an ERP, and whether it would be on-premises or in the cloud. Training was given to BCCR staff, collaborating in the preparation of the RFP (Cartel), in the allocation process and in an audit of the first deliverable.

The project could finally be started and the BCCR recommended ICE and CCSS to follow the same process.

BANORTE CONSULTING IMPLEMENTATION T24 AND SOA

 

Banorte – IXE is the fourth bank in Mexico and the largest bank of national capital. The project to implement T24 for the Brokerage House required an impartial external vision and an innovative approach with an SOA Bus.

Clever Services carried out the consultancy and proof of concept for the new approach that was approved by the Group’s Architecture Department.

SECURITY AND OPTIMIZATION IN T24 AT VW BANK MEXICO

 

Volkswagen is the only automotive group with a bank in Mexico and is the only bank based in Puebla. In 2008 he implemented T24 for his banking operation.

Clever Services collaborated in improving the time of the Batch, then in carrying out a reengineering of the processes, security configuration in T24 to comply with the requirements of the parent company and the CNBV.

SOFTWARE FACTORY IN FINRURAL

 

He requested to transform his software factory based on the services of a university, in a methodology based on best practices. Clever Services supported the process of incorporating up to 80 consultants who performed evolutionary and corrective maintenance with a fixed price. In addition and for the good management, a complementary project of BPM SOA was carried out to automate the processes of the Systems and Credits areas.

CONSULTING SOA, MORTGAGE FEDERAL MEXICO SOCIETY

 

In its technical architecture strategy review, the SHF required a consultancy to analyze the alternatives to have an SOA architecture.

Clever conducted a detailed analysis of the existing systems and the services that would be required to transform the existing architecture into an SOA architecture.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

 

Hacienda Real 1800 is a Residential and Country Club with a totally colonial architecture.

It has beautiful green areas of more than 270,000 thousand m2.

Clever installed the ERP to be able to manage the lots and all related sales processes, including commissions.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BPM IN STATE ADMINISTRATION AND ALIENATION SERVICE

 

SAE Mexico is in charge of managing all the assets of the government entities in liquidation. The Mexican government launched an initiative to manage all flows of IT areas, called MAAGTIC.

Clever implemented the BPM product with INAP to comply with the norms, and managed to automate all processes.

OPTIMIZATION WEB NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CONACYT – SIICYT

 

The portal of the Integrated Information System on Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation (SIICYT), had obsolete tools for the administration of science and technology information.

Clever Services carried out the automation of reports for CONACYT, being able to issue them monthly instead of annually, and optimizing the WEB page by duplicating visits to it.

SALES CONSULTANCY AT BBVA BANCOMER

 

Marcelo Krebs was transferred from Argentina to Mexico by DMR of the Fujitsu group (later EVERIS), since BBVA had no billing in America. In less than 2 years more than 10 projects were won that took the annual turnover to more than USD 5 MM.

Projects such as the software factory, IBM mainframe optimization and Nacar branch platform maintenance are still active.
